Location
Perito Moreno, Argentina
2013 Completed

The objective of the IMP is to provide guidance to Goldcorp as well as the Town of Perito Moreno in planning for the envisioned, project-induced growth, and to help manage the physical, environmental and economic impacts associated with this influx.

Goldcorp’s intent was to develop a sustainable community which is well integrated in the town’s existing urban fabric for its senior and management staff and their families. As a part of the IMP, IBI Group also designed (up to tender phase) the senior management housing complex and the new Goldcorp office complex in Perito Moreno.
